Blues music is all about heavy emotions and soulful grooves. These things are almost impossible to express with quantized grids and programmed notes. No, blues rhythms need to be brought to life by the skilled hands of a professional drummer behind a great sounding kit. That’s why we created our Blues MIDI Pak. This MIDI Pak has everything you need to produce an authentic, organic groove with a great shuffle feel. It covers a variety of styles spanning from the Chicago and delta blues of the early 50’s all the way to modern blues rock.

While working on this MIDI Pak, we immersed ourselves in the classic recordings of legendary blues artists (Sonny Boy Williamson, John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, BB King, Taj Mahal, ZZ Top, Ry Cooder, The Allman Brothers, etc.) which resulted in the creation of over 200 intros, outros, and song sections. You can play along to these sections as-is or modify them to suit your exact needs.

The Blues MIDI Pak works well with virtually all of the kits available for Addictive Drums.

Jrgen “Jugglo” Wal, a swedish musician and producer known for his ability to work in a wide variety of styles and genres. He has collaborated with renowned swedish artists such as Fatboy, Lisa Miskowsky, Thåström and Promise And The Monster.
