Memorymoon has 6 voicecards with 3 oscillators. Soundfont section has 10 note polyphony. You can set drift values for osc1 tuning, osc2 tuning, pulse-width, filter cutoff and envelope times to emulate the variations between voice cards in analog synthsizers. Unison will make a single note play from 1-6 voicecards at the same time. The sound is very overdriven. Mixer levels over 50 will create distortion in all oscillators. Filter2 has built in distortion and filter2 level knob will set the overdrive gain. The distortion effect at output can be inserted at output stage, or before the filter.You can have 3 stages of distortion before the filter: VCA overdrive in mixer, dist fx set to “before filter” and filter2 has built in distortion.

It is a live-instrument. Arpeggiator, osc3, LFO and delay can be synced to host clock, or you can set tempo to manual and adjust with the tempo knob.(Arpeggiator section).

CC contols that are present in the standard version: Master volume: Both CC7 and CC11 expression pedal at the same time. (You can unlearn CC7 by right clicking the master volume knob.) Mod wheel: CC1. Foot filter knob (in the control section) has CC4 foot control as source.

In the downloads I send there is a special version with cc numbers preassigned so you can use controller templates for Novation SL and remote series, and Edirol and Roland controllers and Aki MPK49. CC assignments are stored independently in each patch. So this versions have the CC setup stored in every patch.

Memorymoon updated to version 2.0. Completely rebuilt, and all sound generating sections replaced.

– Fixed the hanging gate in arp section. It has always been hanging when you overlap notes. Now it is fixed.
– Added Bucket brigade delay. It is a filter where you can set cutoff from 4-10V. It makes the delay signal softer like a degraded signal in a bucket brigade delay.
– New envelopes.
– New envelope curve that is modelled on the Memorymoog. It is steeper than the old curve. You can get a curve similar to the old one by hitting the “linear” button in the envelope section. It is not linear, but 50% more linear than the new default curve.
– New envelope behaviour: Now it is in pick up mode. That means that it will start attack from the voltage it had in the release phase.
– New oscillator.
– New filters: Both filters are now zdf (zero-delay filters).
– New overdrive in the oscillator section. The VCAs overdrive is modelled from moog, with assymetrical overdrive.
– New overdrive in moogfilter. Gain is filter2 level knob.
– New distortion fx in the FX section. New mode: Soft mode. Hard dist is like the old distortion.
– New signal path. Makes it use less CPU, but the filters use more CPU, so it will use more CPU in total. But the CPU goes to increased audio quality.
– New option in control section: Foot pedal (CC4) to filter cutoff or osc2 pitch.
– New option in control section: Wheel to delay. You can increase delay level with the mod-wheel.

– New option in arp section: Chords. It will make it possible to play chords with 1-5 notes that play in key with the key you specify.
– Oversampling: Selector in the LCD display. Oversample the whole synth 0, 2x, 4x , 8x , 16x and 32x. It should be possible to hear improvement up to 16x. 32x is overkill. The sounds that benefit most from oversampling is hard-sync sounds, and distortion sounds.
– New button for extra kbd tracking in filter to allow self-oscillation to be used as an oscillator. Was calibrated for filter2.
– Comes with 509 patches in category folders. Preset browser in the LCD display.
