Achieve authentic vintage vibes “in-the-box” with the Retro Pack. This bundle of precisely modelled instruments and effects will allow you to recreate that nostalgic mojo without the need for a time machine.
A virtual analog effect inspired by classic bucket-brigade delays (bbd), but extended with modern features. We called our new baby “Colour Copy” because it can deliver the kind of colouration people still love in classic bbd units, but with a wider variety of colours. Colour Copy started life as the little delay unit called “Lyrebird” we built into Repro-1, but the sound was too good not to be developed further and become an fx plug-in.
Goliath V2 features 4 Analog Modelled Processing chains featuring ALLOY (Nickel, Iron, Steel based Transformers), TUBE, TAPE & VINYL with a drive control plus a FET based envelope and a 3 band EQ. This is a truly revolutionary and “analog” sounding tool. Be prepared to be pleasantly surprised! What’s new ? Goliath, our top-selling plugin is back in a brand new avatar with a completely new sound engine and new features. This plugin now has 4 types of Saturation models – Alloy, Tube, Tape & Vinyl with Drive. We now use our Advanced DSP models featuring our own proprietary “Multi Convolution” & Component Modelling Technique to simulate “Real” hardware chains of analog gear. Additionally, the plugin now features a full FET compressor in its envelope section and a 3 band EQ plus a Low Cut Filter.
As a result of a joint engineering venture, Jünger Audio and Flux:: are pleased to announce Level Magic for the first time in a software format. Developed and enhanced over several years, the dynamic range processor principles developed by Jünger Audio enable level managing devices like compressors, AGC and limiters to be produced with exceptionally high audio quality, without coloration, pumping, breathing, distortion or modulation effects sometimes associated with this type of processors, in short, almost inaudible processing – with ease of use.
OptoRED is a transparent Optical Attenuator (compressor) based on the classic American unit used on countless hit records. This is part of our new “Enhanced Classics” series. Compression is one of the most important tools in the arsenal of an Engineer, Music Producer & Artist alike. This is now a device that far surpasses its original intent which was to control the level of the sound automatically. Today we use different types of compressors for inducing a “Vibe” & “Feel” to our instruments, percussion, drums, and voice. Digital and Analog Compressors have come a long way, but some classics are still preferred even today because they are now as much a part of a genre or musical style that they are now deemed as musical instruments in their own right.
The original hardware REDDI is a legend among professional session players and commercial studio owners. Its hybrid tube/solid state gain circuits, beefy transformer, and oversized power supply have an uncanny ability to both reign in bass transients and punch them up. Without any eq – simply through its gentle tube shimmer – REDDI gets bass, synths, and guitars to ’sit’ in the mix with less processing and fuss. The REDDI plugin, then, is designed to be used as any analog DI would: first in the chain, as an initial treatment before compression, saturation or eq – imparting its unique tube sweetness to any instrument in your mix.
DeEdger introduces a new way of reducing the hardness of audio signals without negatively altering the original signal qualities. The plugin operates in a threshold free manner, thus can comfortably handle any input signal level, type, and dynamic range. Where other plugins might under or over process, DeEdger only applies processing if any hardness is detected. Once detected, the hardness will be smoothed with remarkable elegance. After its initial setup, DeEdger can be left in a “set and forget” configuration without further attention. Intricate time and frequency dependent mechanisms allow DeEdger to provide a very transparent process throughout. The initial concept, developed by a professional mastering engineer, focused on the demands of modern audio mastering and has also turned out to be equally useful for mixing.
