Ben’s approach to African rhythms is influenced mostly by the Senegalese drumming tradition and some of its main concepts such as massiveness, musicality, time-stretching phrasing and sophisticated patterns. In this pack, Ben uses his experience as a solo performer and cross-genre musician to create delicious multi-layered rhythms that have the deep roots of tradition with a modern vision and forward-thinking. These loops and sounds will enrich and inspire producers and creators of all musical styles. The combination of special Senegalese drums with Indian Rajasthani drums gives a powerful tone to the overall sound of the pack.
