The True Trance Sound Pack contains a selection of samples, optimized for use on the Analog Rytm. The bundle also includes a custom Analog Rytm project featuring patterns, kits and live-friendly scene and performance macros. The Sound Pack samples will of course also work on the Machinedrum UW and Octatrack, but the Project, Kits, Patterns and macros will only work on the Analog Rytm.
This massive collection of over 1,000 samples and loops is everything you need for authentic natural sounding shakers and tambourines. We have covered everything from inexpensive plastic egg shakers to high end orchestral tambourines. Bright and present to dark and trashy with everything in-between. All samples were recorded and mixed by Jonathan Roye using vintage Neve 1081 and API mic preamps along with vintage ribbon and condenser microphones. The idea was to make them sound as natural as possible just as if you were in the room yourself. With a combination of direct, overhead and room mics we were able to capture authentic sounds that are pliable and realistic in your track.
Shaker Chronicles is the holy grail of shaker sample packs! This epic collection houses over 800 MB of shaker percussion loops & samples covering just about every conceivable production style and tempo you could shake a stick at. Played by ex Beautiful South percussionist and hugely talented session player Gary Hammond using his ridiculous collection of things that shake, this pack is full to the brim with over 600 loops and one shots covering every 5 bpm from 60 bpm to 175 bpm. Percussion instruments include African Shekere, Agogo, Cyclopse, Djembe Nino, Finger Shots, Maracas, Schlagwerk, Wah Wahs and a whole lot me that we don’t even know the name of! All loops and samples have been recorded with the utmost care and attention, through a pair of Coles 4038 ribbon mics and Neve 7073 Lunchbox pre amps, to ensure crystal clear clarity of sound.
