High-quality stereo sounds from the private studio of Kit Watkins, covering a broad spectrum of highly unusual textures, effects, noises, and novelties suitable for a myriad of applications from ambient music projects to soundtracks and multimedia. This collection contains sound clips organized in 7 main groups, many of which contain several associated sounds. Get a fine collection of composite german construction site ambiences. 144 minutes (5,04 GB) with all the hammering, sawing, digging, drilling, some yelling workers, squeaky crawling excavators and loud jack hammers. All edited, cleaned, mixed and packed with metadata. Some ambiences were tweaked to seamless loop from end to start. The ambiences were mostly recorded with a Sound Devices 744t and a Sound Devices Mix-PreD through a Beyerdynamic MC930 ORTF setup and RODE NTG-4 microphone. All sounds were recorded over weeks at several different construction site around Stuttgart / Germany. From very small sites recorded close up to huge construction sites with lots different typical working sounds.

This SFX library is not for the faint-hearted, it’s pure evil and terrifying. We’ve had the great pleasure to co-produce our new SFX library with one of Hollywood’s horror genre expert and sound designer / editor, whose reference list includes films such as The Hills Have Eyes, Gothika, Thir13en Ghosts, Ghost Ship, House Of Wax, Haunted Hill, Mirrors etc. Besides these horror stories, also worked on other great productions such as 8 Mile, Matrix Reloaded, Matrix Revolutions, Æon Flux, Swordfish, Four Brothers, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and many more.
Using impulse responses, you can apply the acoustic characteristics of a particular location to your target audio as if it had been recorded in that place. With OUTDOOR IMPULSE RESPONSES library, you get 68 great outdoor impulse responses to place your sounds into specific locations and make them sound as plausible and realistic as possible. We recorded a lot of different outdoor locations such as fields, forests, hills, mountains, valleys and urban locations. We have ensured that each recording has a rich and detailed reverb tail to capture every characteristic delicacy of the respective location. All files come in high definition audio (192kHz). Each location is documented with a picture to get an impression of the surrounding area.
