In Teil 4 – Effekte & LFOs wirst Du den Octatrack unter anderem als multifunktionales Effektgerät kennenlernen. Wir werden Synthesizer durchschleifen und mit den internen Effekten in völlig neue Klangsphären schicken. Dementsprechend geht der Autor auch auf alle Audioeffekte ein, die im Octatrack verankert sind. Einfach nur Effekte insertieren ist natürlich etwas mau, deshalb geht es in dieser Masterclass auch um das Thema LFOs. Von diesen Manipulatoren hat der Octatrack ganze 48 Stück zu bieten, die nur darauf warten, Effekte, Synthesizer, Samples und mehr zu modulieren. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein spezielles Kapitel, in dem der Autor alle Einstellungen von A bis Z erklärt. Zwar wurden in der gesamten Masterclass immer wieder bestimmte Systemeinstellungen kontextbezogen erläutert, doch ein eigenes Kapitel vereinfacht das Auffinden bestimmter Optionen.
