The Philicorda is a 1960s transistor based organ that has found favour with producers in recent times ; one was used on the album ’19’ by Adele by producer Jim Abiss. This particular Philicorda belongs to producer Liam Howe, and has been used on records by Marina and the Diamonds, Ellie Goulding, and Cocknbullkid. The instrument has a built in spring reverb, vibrato and 5 switchable stops. There is also an extra ‘voxchord’ setting, which splits the lower half of the keyboard into single-key chords, for left hand accompaniment. It has a thick, smooth sound that can give just the right atmosphere to certain productions.

CS Pianos V.2.0 is a next generation virtual Piano of highest realistic that will make your dreams come true! CS Pianos V.2.0 was sampled in a perfect acoustically tuned environment with every note in 20 velocities for 40 seconds plus a piano release and noise layers using top of the line microphones and preamps recorded in 44.1 kHz/24 bit. In total, work on the ‘CS Pianos’ lasted two years. The employed as experts of Colour Sonics, and drawn from company partners.
This virtual instrument features true Random-Robin note alternation (in 5), key switched articulations, a special “Chord-mode” complete with strum speed control, direction and a choice of Bar chords, Open chords or Power chords. There is also a “Tremelo Picking” feature (with speed control), a vibrato key to provide a quick way of playing in vibrato on any articulation and a bank of4 effects units (EQ, Compression, Delay and Reverb). All “Play” functions are fully controllable via MIDI. This instrument makes use of in-built Brightness Filters and Dynamic Envelopes which automatically respond to the velocity of each note played. The library comes with two versions of the instrument – Fingered and Picked.
