This kit contains a drum samples from rare Alesis DM Pro. All samples were divided into 13 Internal Drum Groups: Acoustic Kicks, Electronic Kicks, Acoustic Snares, Electronic Snares, Toms, Hi-hats, Cymbals, Acoustic Percussion 1, Acoustic Percussion 2, Electronic Percussion, Sound Effects, Chromatic (pitched percussion).

The Twisted Kit was designed and sampled by Michael Blair, a percussionist with a highly personal instrument set-up, most known for his work with Tom Waits, Lou Reed and Elvis Costello. It was recorded at the Toontrack Studio and comes with a massive collection of percussive elements. We all love the original Disco era, influenced by many and sampled 1000’s of times. So what is it about the Disco sound that makes it so enticing ?
