VX30 212 BLUE Cab Pack is based on a Vox™ AC30/6 TB loaded with the original Celestion™ Alnico Blue speakers from 1994. This was my personal amp I used on tour with Paramore and I’m thrilled to offer faithful impulse responses of one of my favorite amps. While the red exterior is rare (only 36 in the world), the tone of this amp is classic Vox™ all the way. The tone is surprisingly warm with lush low-mids and just the right amount of the signature “boxiness” these amps are known for. The top end chimes with great clarity without being abrasive even with single coil pickup equipped guitars. This pack offers 134 single mic captures between 13 mics along with 16 of York Audio’s famous multi-mic mixes. Also included in this pack are two custom signature mixes. Mix BMAY was designed to replicate tones from one of the world’s most “royal” players, and Mix EDGY was designed to replicate tones that “YOU TOO” will enjoy playing.  This cab excells at a broad range of styles such as jangly Brit Pop, ambient P&W, twangy Country, gritty Indie Rock, and a multitude of classic sounds we’ve come to know and love over the years.

Soldano SLO 100 IRs

The unique circuitry that Mike Soldano pioneered didn’t just make the SLO-100 iconic. It is also responsible for the American high-gain sound prevalent in modern music today as it was almost four decades ago. These IRs were created by sending sweeps through the plug-ins and recording the response. The software files of the plug-ins were not tampered with in any way. These IRs are therefore not perfect copies of the IRs used in the plug-ins but they are close enough that you will not notice any major difference. They IRs are ordered in distance and position, so D02-P04 = distance 0.20 and position 0.40 in the actual plug-in. All of the IRs are in 48kHz samplerate, 500ms length and are minimum phase transformed.

The York Audio BMAN 410 P10Q Cab Pack is based on a vintage Tweed Fender™ Bassman 4×10 combo loaded with the original Jensen™ alnico P10Q speakers from 1960. The tone is classic and unique at the same time with a clean low end, warm low-mids, smooth midrange, and a top end that can either be warm and bell-like or glassy with edge. Complex chords exhibit wonderful detail, and single notes speak articulately with great response to touch sensitivity. While it’s home is typically found with Bassman amps and models, it sounds fantastic with a wide variety of American and British amps alike. With tones ranging from gritty blues to classic country, from ambient P&W to edgy indie, this cab is no “one-trick-pony.” This Cab Pack contains 94 single mic impulse responses and 15 multi-mic mixes featuring “tuned by ear” capture method for the most musical sounding and instantly inspiring playing experience.
