Adam Serafin’s 24-Bit stereo sampled grand piano features six stereo dynamics per note for unparalleled expression and realism. The 24-Bit Stereo Grand Piano was recorded in United States by Adam Serafin. Every note was sampled in 6 stereo velocities, 528 stereo samples were recorded in total, without any looping (up to 2 minute decays). The piano was digitally recorded and edited direct to disc to achieve the highest possible quality. Extra care was taken in respect to A/D conversion, recording levels, and dynamic range to guarantee the highest bit-fidelity.

Grand Piano provides the expression and power of a world-renowned concert grand recorded in a classical orchestra hall. In-depth Each one of Grand Piano’s 88 keys has been recorded with multiple dynamic layers, release samples, and sustain resonances in order to bring out all of the instrument’s subtle nuances and character. Grand Piano’s 1.5 GB of samples are grouped into 12 pure piano presets in “Production” and more detailed “Solo” versions (both available in stretched and equal tempered tunings), as well as nine hybrid presets that combine the acoustic piano samples with a selection of synthesizers and effects. Each preset provides Macro Controls for reverb, release noise volume, key noise volume, sustain resonance volume, tone, velocity, and fine tune.

Welcome to Plucked Grand Piano – a library dedicated to deep sampling of plucked and hammer struck grand piano strings. The Plucked Grand Piano was created by public demand from our users, since its never been properly deep sampled before. We took a world class piano (same as Emotional Piano) through a humiliating process by recording every string with a custom pick, but with more emphasis on round robin (4 pr. string), since the playing style has a percussive quality to it. The instrument is best described as a hybrid crossbreed between a harp, clavinet, guitar/lute and the unforgettable sound of the harpsichord. In addition we added a bonus hammer-struck articulation, using a custom miniature hammer. The sound has some resemblance to a hammered dulcimer. The fancy naming and branding of the piano is irrelevant to us. We want the samples and music to speak for itself and we hope it speaks to you too.
