Deep Sample Vol.1 – Cinematic Cello, an unprecedented collection that pushes the boundaries of sonic experimentation. This cinematic sample pack showcases a unique blend of one-shots and loops for the cello, expertly produced by Alexander Painter using a variety of expressive techniques, both tonally and percussively. As well as writing his own film scores, he regularly produces musical toolkits for other composers to use in their soundtracks. This sample pack mirrors these kits; filled with morphing, textural pads, rich swells, and percussive rhythms that would sit equally well in trailer music and songwriter production as they would in hip-hop and drum n bass. As a recording artist and live performer Alex has toured the world with a number of different acts, regularly collaborating with artists such as Orlando Weeks, Gazelle Twin, William Doyle, and Tony Njoku. Alex is also a co-founder of experimental DIY record label Anti-Ghost Moon Ray.
