This sample pack represents interpretation of classic underground Dub Techno which was mainly shaped in Berlin’s Berghain, Tresor and various Techno bunkers around the globe. Thanks to Hardwax Records this style has got a solid place in Techno history with artists like Mautizio, Basic Channel, Mono Junk, Vainqueuer, Deepchord, Porter Ricks, Shed, Rhythm & Sound just to name a few. This fine collection of loops and oneshots is full of analog warmth and noisy distortion from hardware like Modular Synths and guitar stomp boxes as well as field recordings and noises from abandoned factory halls and industrial gear. The oneshot samples can also be imported in hardware sampler like Akai MPC, Toraiz SP-16 or Elektron.

This pack is focussed on Beat Elements, Drones and Effects, however it contains also Bass Loops, Synth Sequences and Drone Loops. Inside the Beat Loops folder you can find different patterns so you can build up your track with an intro, breaks, main part and outro.

This new series of Sample packs reflect the Berlin Techno influence, which mainly comes from clubs like Berghain, Tresor, Griessmuehle or Abount Blank Club. This pack is focussed on Beat Elements, Drones and Effects, however it contains also 10 Bass Loops, 15 Synth Sequences and 10 Drone Loops. Inside the Beat Loops folder you can find different patterns so you can build up your track with an intro, breaks, main part and outro. For the Drones we mainly used our modular synth and built an effect chain consisting of distortion stomp boxes and a combination of different reverbs.

The second edition of “Tripping Techno” is again focussing on the hypnotic, early morning Berlin style Techno, which is mainly played in abandonned concrete warehouse partys and underground basement clubs. Carefully crafted from scratch, the analog sounds house that magic organic feel, which results from the noise, saturation and behaviour of analog gear. This stunning pack contains 787MB of high end 24bit WAV recordings to get you the sound of those super-expensive Eurorack Modular Racks. The synth sequences contain evolving synth takes which are recordings of minutes long performances so you can choose the best fitting parts and process them further. The extreme use of compressors and equalizers on the synth sequences can bring up quiet overtones and noises from the analog recordings which can be an incredible sound design effect for Techno.
