This Reason 4 compatible refill is an add-on product belonging to the Red Mouse Workstation but can be used separately. Over 250 patches showing of Thor’s beauty and power!
A LEGEND ON ITS OWN: The coming of Thor has been an enormous breakthrough for Reason’s sonic capabilities. It has been a great challenge for us at Sonic Flavours to come with this refill so shortly after Reason 4 had been released. Thor is practically capable of doing everything and even much more. It’s possible to emulate vintage keyboards (clavinets, organs etc.) at an extreme high level of realism. Besides this Thor can also sound as big and beautiful as its legendary predecessors do coming from brands like Moog, Oberheim, ARP, Yamaha, Roland, Nord Lead, Virus, PPG etc. Thor is already a legend on its own and we captured these legendary qualities into this refill.

THOR AND THE RED MOUSE
The Red Mouse explores worlds that have never been conquered before in Reason. Character, Atmosphere and Surprise are its main keywords. This refill is an add-on for our Red Mouse Workstation which means that this completes the Red Mouse palet making use of Thor and the RPG-8.

Only the first track named “Trans Orbital Lobotomy” has some drum and vocal samples coming from our Red Mouse Work Station. The horns are Factory Sound Bank stuff. All other tracks are Thor-only, which is quite spectacular to be slightly unmodest but honest. Whether it’s a steel drum patch, grooving triangles, drums, basses or haunting choir sounds…. Thor can do it all with lots of character and subtle depth!

What’s included:

• – Over 150 fresh Thor patches put into folders named: bass, bells, FX, keyboards, leads, pads, percussion, poly synths and sequences.
• – Over 100 combinator patches covering Thor and the RPG-8
• – Suitable for many styles but with a slight focus on analog sound characters.
• – This refill is an add-on and belongs to our Red Mouse Workstation but it can be used separately!
