The WAVESTATION software synthesizer provides all 484 waveforms and 55 effects found on the WAVESTATION series (including the WAVESTATION-SR!), with 32 digital oscillators, 32 digital filters, 64 envelope generators, and 64 LFOs that allow letter-perfect replication of the three- dimensional WAVESTATION sound, famed for its time-varying timbral change. In its new software incarnation, the original editing structure has been preserved, while giving you a redesigned graphical user interface that takes advantage of the intuitive operation possible with software. Proclethya is a software synthesizer with analog characteristics. It is developed with three fundamental principles of analog in mind. DRIFT, NOISE and DISTORTION. The synth features dual oscillators with doubling, FM shaper, analog filters, unison per oscillator, SUB & NOISE oscillator, dual mix mode, powerful arpeggiator, EQ, FX and more… Oscillator A has five waveforms to choose from (Sine, Saw, Square, Triangle and Noise). Pulsewidth can be set for the Square and Triangle waveforms. Both oscillator A and B have a second doubling oscillator which can be activated by pushing the “2nd” button. The doubling oscillator can be detuned and the output can be forced to mono which gives a slight combing effect, a great effect when creating pads. The “Drift” knob introduces variations in pitch or drift which was inherent in old vintage hardware. Unison with up to 9 voices with control for detune and spread is per oscillator.

The pack also includes Hans’ custom built update from a licensed Zebra2.x to the version you can see in this video, ZebraHZ. Introducing The AX Chorus is based on the ACE modeled MN3009 Bucket Brigade (BBD) chip found in both the AX73 and AX60 synthesizers. We developed our plugin with the chorus 100% the same as the mono input versions found in the original synthesizers and then added the option of making it a stereo effect. As Akai never released the chorus as a separate effect we envisioned how it could have looked in the 1980s, and have included both the AX73 and AX60 chorus effects in one unit.
