CS-3301 is a channel strip plugin with gate, EQs, compressor, saturation and oversampling. The (noise) gate suppresses noise or any other signal below a certain level. CS-3301 comes with 7 independent filter shaping the sound accurately.The compressor controls the dynamics of the signal. The VU meter monitors level of input/output signal and gain reduction of the compressor.

AB_LM is a gain control which enables level matched and sample accurate AB comparison of FX chains. Plugin (FX) or even a complex FX chain to the sound. Most DAWs can easily enable/disable (AB) single plugins or even whole FX chains, but in most case there is an audible loudness difference between both cases. In order to compare the impact of a plugin chain objectively the loudness of the incoming signal should match with the loudness of outgoing signal. Comparing the plugin effect at equal loudness levels avoids the “louder is better” – pitfall.

ClipShifter is a clipping-style limiter that provides enough user controls to be useful in all mixing stages. ClipShifter uses a unique threshold control to change the clipping threshold dynamically based on the transient characteristics of the incoming audio. The sonic characteristics of the clipping distortion can be altered from hard, brickwall-style clipping, to softer saturation with compression. Additional parameters allow the user to control the even- and odd-order components of the saturation.
