Want to get to grips with FL Studio? Maybe you’ve recently started out using the software or are considering changing your current DAW? Well over the next 14 videos, FL Studio genius and SoundCloud sensation will take you through the key areas of FL Studio 12 on PC. This is a Beginner Level 1 course where Owsey will show you how to get up and running with the software, from opening it for the first time to creating your first beats, sounds and finishing your first track. First up we take a look at the audio setup and user interface of FL Studio showing you all the key areas you’ll need to know, then we bring in some drum samples to create a drum loop. Next up we add some cool effects and create some synth and bass sounds using FL Studio’s native Sytrus and lastly, we finish off by arranging the track using some automation and transitions to achieve that pro sound, and exporting the track so it can be played anywhere.

Over the next 15 videos, we welcome back FL Studio 12 sensei Owsey, who takes you to the next level on this masterclass journey. If you are a complete beginner or even a seasoned pro, this course has something for everyone.

How To Use FL Studio 12 Level 2, continues on from where Level 1 finished off. It is quite literary NEXT LEVEL! With loads of useful knowledge for producers starting out, we begin by checking out how to use send/return fx, taking a closer look at adding reverb and delay’s before moving on to best practices for EQ’ing, compression and that all important sidechain. Owsey wraps up by adding more synths and getting to grips with automation to help make the track shine. Lastly, we check out some mixing and mastering techniques to get a better, more pro sound for your tracks before releasing them to the world! You will be armed with all the knowledge at the end of this course to start on your production journey, so go forth and create!
